We rebuild your solution as a fast web application, including your script logic, from invoice numbering to hours-to-invoice.
All your records come along, with every cross-reference intact. The import is a single transaction: if anything goes wrong, everything stays untouched.
Your app runs in the cloud, with backups twice a day. You log in through the browser: at the office, at home or on the road.

Switching doesn't have to be expensive: a not overly complex conversion fits within €395 (for which you get a free analysis and up to one day of work for converting and deploying), often less than what you would quickly spend on licences and development. If your application comes from other software, the process always starts with an analysis, and a price follows after that.
More extensive or complex applications are quoted in advance. Includes an annual subscription. You always test the result yourself before go-live.

For very extensive or complex solutions, custom work or an entirely new application, we draw up a proposal together, including conversion or build, hosting and management. You receive a clear quotation in advance, tailored to your situation.
Book an introductionOur hosting packages include more than just hosting: backups twice a day, updates and a complete team that manages and further develops your application. That team consists of (former) FileMaker specialists, web developers, AI developers, system architects and business specialists. You purchase the first year in one go; after that you pay monthly and can cancel monthly, without an annual contract. You submit changes through the customer portal: small jobs are bought with a prepaid card (€14.50 to €16.50 per 10 minutes, depending on the card size), larger jobs get a fixed quotation in advance.
After one year you may take over your application: you receive the full source code and your database (€100 administration fee for the handover). Taking over earlier is also possible; your annual hosting then continues until the end date. No lock-in, and your data always remains yours. The NLdigital Terms and Conditions 2025 apply to all our offers and agreements.
Fair use: our rates assume normal business use. If your environment requires an extreme amount of storage, traffic or support, we will first discuss a suitable solution together.
Changes after go-live are purchased in advance with a prepaid card, from 2 hours. The larger the card, the lower the rate per 10-minute unit. You can always see your usage and remaining balance in your portal.

Delivery::encrypted
We review your solution and you receive a no-obligation estimate within two working days. Your file is sent encrypted, is accessible only to us and is deleted after the analysis on request. Do not include passwords. We will contact you personally to agree login details securely.
